In today’s world, transmission of alarms is becoming increasingly important. Support of all communication vectors, a great adaptation capability and flexibility represent essential criteria for success.

SAGA MOBILIZATION manages the transmission of vocal (telephone, radio) and text (SMS, pager) messages. The use of SAGA mobilization is simple. The operator needs only select predefined groups or individuals to be alarmed and dictate or select a pre-registered message. Depending on the number of lines available, calls are made concurrently or sequentially.

SAGA MOBILIZATION is multilingual. Translations can be done on the fly.

SAGA MOBILIZATION supports the following communication media for transmission of alarms:

  • Phone
  • Radio
  • Pager
  • SMS
  • Fax & mail
  • Voice recorder

A vocal server is integrated in the solution allowing to better manage the mobilization. Depending on the media used, feedback can be obtained on who has been reached and whether or not they are available, ensuring a prompt and efficient response.  Transmission of faxes and e-mail can be used to provide information to governing bodies.

Escalation

If someone cannot be reached, SAGA Mobilization can be configured to automatically select and contact an alternative person with similar profile until someone is reached.

Posting of advance

For each alarm, as of release, a monitoring table is available with:

  • a global vision of alarms sent
  • the medias used to transmit the alarms
  • the display of the characteristics of the recipients
  • the number of answered calls
  • the number of recalls on the vocal server
  • the number of positive and negative answers
  • the state of service of the transmission resources

SAGA MOBILIZATION allows

  • To select the groups or individuals pertaining to a mobilization
  • To enter the messages (text and vocal) this will be transmitted.
  • To follow in real time the course of the mobilization and to post statistics
  • To print the report of the mobilization
  • To file a mobilization in order to be able to analyze the results later on
  • To send by email the report of mobilization to a mailing list
