Mobility of the productivity tools is becoming an increasing need. The control room does not have any more geographical limit and must be able to move to locations where it is needed. The most various terminals can be used: standard multi screens workstations, PC tablets or Pocket PCs. All these are part of the control room’s new design.

SAGA supports wire networking and air connections. Using wire connections SAGA will work with best possible IP connection. For the wireless protocols, SAGA will always use the best signal among all the available.

The above listed protocols are classified by order of speed. GPRS is the slowest and WIMAX, the quickest. When several protocols are available, SAGA always chooses the one offering the best signal. SAGA is able to pass automatically from one to another without the operator intervention. The full functions of the control room workstations are available with mobility.
